Particularly liked the following gardens:
Young Designer: The Dune Garden
Designer: Jacopo Ducato Ruggeri
Built by: Evergreen Cheshire Limited
Silver Gilt Medal Winner
Loved the Evening Primrose Oenothera Sulpherea
'Apricot Delight' & Viburnum lantana Wayfarring
Tree. Always appreciate seeing Hippophoae rhamnoides Sea buckthorn, but where I live it'd be covered in Brown Tail Moth caterpillars (irritant) so don't have it in garden.

Young Designer: Drakkars Drift
Designer: Luke Coleman
Built: The Ampersand
Sponsored: Edinburgh City Council, Edinburgh Nature Network, Heartwood Saunas
Gold Medal Winner
RHS Young Designer of the Year
People's Choice Best Young Designer Garden
Best Construction Award
Simply loved how planting scheme encouraged so many pollinators. Particularly liked darker sedums on the roof, making good silhouettes against sky.

Feature Garden: RHS Work With Your Garden Designed: Biggins Hill Studio Built: Yorkshire Gardens
This garden was amazing! So many interesting plants alongside plants (or relatives) already have, spent a lot of time here. Lot of food for thought.
Rob Johnson (built drystone wall) particularly helpful identifying plant species, as he could get a signal on his very smashed phone - a hazard of his job lol & at least 4 of new plant list from this garden!

Feature Garden: Urban Pollinators
Designer: Richard Browning
Liked how this reinforced how much is possible in a small area, & use of pine cones was great!

Show Garden: Hazelwood Barn - Reimagined by Bestall & Co Landscape Design
Designer: Lee Bestall
Gold Medal Winner
People's Choice Best Show Garden
Environmental Innovation Award
There were are few plants I added to my plan list from this garden.

Long Border: The Burning Truth
Designers: Angharadd Jones, Emma Barnard and Kassim Adedapo Adegoke
Sponsored by: University of Gloucestershire
& Build Right Recruitment LTD
Silver Medal Winner
Liked colour scheme & thought plants looked healthy, think there were a lot of annuals in here but potentially that added to the message as well really.

Was surprised at the depth of the reflective pools in the Head in the Clouds Long Border, Designed by Liz Broadbent & Tom Orton; (maybe I wasn't supposed to it my finger in?) but they said they were shallow & I just had to check how shallow from the wildlife perspective... I'm not a judge...it can't be a criteria...got a gold. I agree it looked gorgeous, could have looked as gorgeous if shallower though - my thoughts with the straight edges - what are yours, I'm interested?

Thought plant lists with gardens were fantastic to bring away because I was completely overwhelmed & could have easily spent 2 days just examining, contemplating & considering plants & schemes, without listening to any speakers or perusing stalls, I did manage to sit & catch some of Arit.
I bought some bulbs from Harts Nursery:
Allium White Giant, Allium Schubertii, Fritillaria Persica, Double RoseLily Angela, Tree Lily Flavia & Oriental Lily Firebolt.
Shoutout to:
Jurassic Plants: amazing level of information, vast array of good quality unusual plants.

Farewell Flowers stand: very poignant & noteworthy.

I've also noted some plants that l've added to my wish / plants of interest list to keep an eye out for when I'm shopping / designing new areas in the garden that appealed to me:
Acanthus hungaricus *White Lips'
Achillea millefolium 'Strawberry Seduction'
Elpatorilim Bariereo Bride (white)
Epimedium 'Spine Tingler'
Gladiolus Papilo 'Ruby'
Lysimachia clethroides
Morina Longifolia
Origanum 'Kent Beauty'
Panicum virgatum 'Fontaine'
Penstemon Digitalis Dakota Burgundy
Persicaria runcinata 'Purple Fantasy'
Phygelius x rectus "Funfair Cream'
Physocarpus opulifolius 'Diabolo'
Sanguisorba 'Little Angel'
Sanguisorba officinalis 'Arnhem'
Thalictiom Delavayi
Thalictrum 'Splendide'
